Visitors are always welcome. You don't need an invitation to be allowed in.
If you would like to join our club, ask any club member at a club meeting about becoming a member. You will be directed to a committee member who will have a form for you to fill in. Turbine Talkers charge $84 per 6 months of membership.
There is also an initial joining fee of a further $50 which covers your educational material for your first few years. You can pay by cheque or cash, or by depositing the payment directly into our bank account.
To be a member of a Toastmasters club you must be at least 18 years of age.
Toastmasters meetings consist of a number of prepared and impromptu speeches presented by the members of the club. These prepared and impromptu presentations can be on absolutely any subject. The best way to see what a Toastmasters meeting is like is to visit a club meeting.
